Testimonials

Loved by photographers

“I started using Burst2GIF for my family sessions and the response from clients has been incredible. The GIFs bring galleries to life — kids laughing, dogs jumping, those little in-between moments that a single frame can’t capture. It’s become my secret weapon.”
Eliska Topolarova Family Photographer, Brno
“This is a game-changer for wedding galleries. I used to spend hours making GIFs in Photoshop. Now I select the burst, click export, and it’s done. My couples love the animated moments — the first dance, the confetti throw, the laughter. Burst2GIF pays for itself in one wedding.”

FAQ

Questions? Answers.

Can I use any images, or only burst photos?

Yes — bursts, timelapses, stop-motion, any sequence of photos. If you can select them in Lightroom, Burst2GIF can animate them.

What cameras are supported?

Any camera that shoots burst mode. Burst2GIF reads EXIF data to auto-detect FPS, but you can also set it manually. Works with Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fuji, and more.

Does it work on Windows?

Currently macOS only. Windows support is on our roadmap — sign up for updates to be notified when it’s available.

Which Lightroom versions are supported?

Lightroom Classic 10.0 and newer. It does not work with Lightroom CC (cloud) or Lightroom mobile.

MP4 vs GIF — which should I choose?

MP4 offers better quality and smaller file sizes (H.264 codec). GIF auto-plays everywhere but is limited to 256 colors. For client galleries, MP4 is usually better. For social sharing and quick previews, GIF works great.

Can I control the playback speed?

Yes. Burst2GIF auto-detects FPS from your EXIF SubSecTime data, but you can override it with manual FPS control in the preview window.

Is it a subscription?

No. One-time payment, lifetime license. You buy it once and own it forever, including all future updates.

What’s your refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital products, we don’t offer refunds. That’s why we provide a fully functional free version — try it first, buy only if you love it.

How do I install the plugin?

In Lightroom Classic, go to File → Plug-in Manager → Add → Select the Burst2GIF folder. That’s it. Takes about 30 seconds.

Your next gallery could have photos that move.

P.S. — Still on the fence? Think about your next wedding or family session. How many burst sequences will you shoot? 5? 10? 20? Without Burst2GIF, each one is 8–10 minutes of exporting, switching apps, and re-importing. With it, each one is 10 seconds. The free version gives you 10 exports to prove it. No credit card, no time limit.
